  1. Protector Plus Licence Agreement.

  3. By installing this software, you are confirming that you have read the licence
  4. agreement and that you accept all provisions and covenants contained therein in
  5. toto, which includes the Software Licence, Limited Warranty and Liability and their
  6. Acknowledgement thereof.
  7.  
  8. Terms of this agreement
  9.  
  10. This is a Legal Agreement between you, the end-user, and Proland Software.  Through
  11. this License Agreement, Proland Software grants you a non-exclusive paid up License
  12. to use the anti-virus software herein after referred to as Protector Plus. The
  13. software is supplied in Directly Executable forms to load them straight into the
  14. computer, ready for use.
  15.  
  16. Protector Plus contains valuable trade secrets embodying the creative efforts,
  17. copyrighted and copyrightable materials, confidential ideas, information and
  18. expressions.
  19.  
  20. No part of the software or documentation may be reproduced wholly or in part, either
  21. on a single machine or on interconnected systems, save for the purposes of back up.
  22.  
  23. Unless otherwise stated in the licence issued by us, Protector Plus is to be used on
  24. a single machine at any given time. Concurrent use of the software on multiple
  25. number machines is not permitted unless expressly stated in the licence issued to
  26. you.

  28. You may not replicate, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble
  29. or use the software or parts of it to create or use in any other product.
  30.  
  31. Protector Plus is supplied on an "AS IS" basis without warranty of any kind,
  32. expressed or implied including without limitation, implied warranties or fitness for
  33. a particular purpose. Neither Proland Software nor itÆs agents shall be held
  34. responsible for loss, damage, cost or expense arising out the use of Protector Plus.

  36. Neither Proland Software, nor any other authorized individual or organization or
  37. agent involved in the design, manufacture and distribution of Protector Plus shall
  38. be held liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages such as, but not
  39. limited to, loss of anticipated profits or benefits, resulting from the use of the
  40. said software. In no event will Proland Software be liable for any damages in excess
  41. of the amount received by you for the licence to the use of Protector Plus
  42.  
  43. Transferring possession of any copy of Protector Plus to another party will
  44. automatically terminate your Licence.
  45.  
  46. The licence is effective until terminated. Contravention of any of the terms set out
  47. in this agreement would result in the licence being revoked, automatically.
  48.  
  49. All rights arising and accruing from ownership of the said software Protector Plus,
  50. are vested with Proland Software, exclusively. These include title, intellectual
  51. property rights and any other right not specified herein, but shall be deemed to
  52. accrue from ownership of the software.
  53.  
  54. You accept that you have read the agreement, understood and agreed to all the
  55. conditions laid out therein. You further agree that it is a complete and exclusive
  56. statement of the agreement between us, and supersedes any other offer, proposal or
  57. prior agreement, oral or written and by any other means of communication between us,
  58. relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
